The self-described transhumanist, a secularist, is serious about his predictions for the future of life and technology. He believes that scientists will be able, within 50 years to bring people back from the dead.

\”After all, matter and energy are everywhere.\” \”Human life, human thought, and human existence can be calculated mathematically, and are determinable in the subatomic worlds of matter and energies,\” writes Istvan.

\”As a secular transhumanist–someone who advocates for improving humanity by merging people with machines–I don’t believe in death anymore,\” he continues. \”The number one goal of most transhumanists is to achieve immortality through science.\”

He does not consider himself a transhumanist, but he believes that some of them want to bring every human life back.
