Dr. Hanadie Yousef, Ph.D. is a Scientist, Co-Founder and CEO of Juvena Therapeutics (https://www.juvenatherapeutics.com/), a regenerative medicine company developing protein therapeutics to promote tissue regeneration and increase healthspan, to prevent, reverse, and cure degenerative diseases.
Over the course of 17 years, Dr. Yousef has been able to unravel mechanisms of aging, and develop methods for tissue regeneration, all supported by numerous awards, fellowships, and grants. Her discoveries have been published in leading publications such as Nature Medicine, and several patents were issued. This laid the foundation for Juvena Therapeutics venture-backed drug discovery and preclinical development platform.
Dr. Yousef has a BSc in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University. He also holds a PhD from UC Berkeley in Molecular and Cell Biology as a graduate research fellow of the NSF. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford School of Medicine and worked in R&D for Regeneron and Genentech.
