UK Cryonics and Cryopreservation Research Network
The UK Cryonics and Cryopreservation Research Network consists of UK researchers and international advisors who aim to advance cryopreservation research and its applications.
We are a small but dedicated group that hopes to encourage academic and industrial research on cryopreservation and explore its possible applications. This includes the idea of cryopreserving entire humans, also known as cryonics. Cryonics may be controversial, but we believe that scientific discussion of this topic is essential to help the public understand it and the scientific community. It also allows us to correct many of the misconceptions about cryonics. Cryopreservation and cryogenics, as well as cryonics, are all fields that have a great potential to impact human medicine. We believe the societal implications of these fields should be discussed and considered.
We want to encourage and excite students, researchers and others about cryobiology. Contribute to knowledge exchange.
