Former Google engineer says humans will reach immortality in eight years

Former Google engineer, who has been right 86% of the time in his 147 predictions, predicted that humanity will be immortalized within eight years.
Ray Kurzweil spoke on the YouTube channel Adagio about the future of genetics and nanotechnology, as well as robotics. He believes that this will lead to the development of ‘nanobots.’
These robots can repair cells and tissues damaged by aging, and make people immune to diseases like cancer.
