Healthy Longevity Global Innovator Summit
The U.S. National Academy of Sciences’ Healthy Longevity Global Innovator Summit has begun. Most interestingly former R&D head at PepsiCo Dr. Mehmoud will be speaking as CEO of the Hevolution Foundation, a multi-billion dollar initiative with a longevity angle. Everyone should keep an eye on this one.
The National Academy of Medicine will host its first Healthy Longevity Global Innovator Summit on September 2 021, with support from Johnson and Johnson Innovation and the John A. Hartford Foundation. The event will take place over three days (September 13-14, and 22) and be held virtually. It will feature an interactive, immersive digital platform with unique opportunities for engagement and connection.
The Innovator Summit honors the 154 international Healthy Longevity Catalyst Awardees for 2020. It brings together industry leaders, researchers, scientists and entrepreneurs who are working in the field of healthy longevity. The Innovator Summit will honor the 154 international Healthy Longevity Catalyst Awardees from 2020 and bring together industry leaders, academics, researchers, scientists, and entrepreneurs whose work contributes to the field of healthy longevity.
The event will include remarks from Dr. Victor Dzau – President of the National Academy of Medicine – and Catalyst Award sponsors Dr. William Hait – Global Head of Johnson & Johnson External Innovation – and Dr. Terry Fulmer – President of the John A. Hartford Foundation. Keynote speakers will provide insights on how to launch biotechnology start ups and explore opportunities for groundbreaking research in the longevity field. The participants will have the opportunity to attend a variety of breakout sessions, as well as network with Catalyst Award-winning researchers, venture capitalists and others in small groups and one-on-one settings.
